About Me

I’m a developer, designer, and systems engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and creativity. With a background in Computer Science and Mathematics from Eastern Oregon University, I specialize in building immersive experiences, optimizing infrastructure, and crafting well-thought-out systems—whether in game development, IT, or automation. If there’s a problem to solve, I’m probably already sketching out a solution.

My work spans game development, self-hosted environments, and full-stack engineering. I’ve built games like Cryptid Camping, Cthulhu’s Cosmic Roast, and Spring Breakout!—leveraging Godot to make these for short game jams. I break down design decisions just as meticulously as I write code, ensuring every project balances functionality and player (or user) experience. On the infrastructure side, I run a home lab powered by a Proxmox cluster, integrating tools like Home Assistant, Nextcloud, Vaultwarden, Ghost.org, and DefGuard. Efficiency, security, and automation are my playground.

Beyond the keyboard, I have an unconventional mix of skills—former national-level pole vaulter, rock band guitarist, and now an enthusiast of West African drumming. That same rhythm and precision find their way into my approach to coding, system architecture, and game design.

I’m always exploring, iterating, and refining—whether it’s building an open-world adventure, engineering a seamless IT workflow, or designing an elegant system from the ground up. If you’re into well-crafted code, thoughtful design, and a touch of creative chaos, we’re going to get along just fine!
